The 2007 high school football season came down to this senior championship game on Friday at Centennial Secondary School in Belleville. The Centennial Chargers hosted the Crestwood Mustangs of Peterborough and got a little more than they could handle. Crestwood opened up a 14 point lead in the first quarter and never looked back. The Chargers had a few costly turnovers and could never get much of a rhythm. The Crestwood Mustangs won the game 38-15. For many of the players, this will be their last game at the high school level; some will continue to play at University, while others will be hanging up their cleats for the last time.
