NANAIMO- 04/09/08- Randy Jespersen is President and CEO of Terasen Gas. The company is constructing a 12-hectare gas storage facility, on an 84-hectare project site known as Mt. Hayes, located about 6 km northwest of Ladysmith. The storage tank itself will hold 1.5 billion cubic feet of liquefied natural gas. (Jeff Boyce/Daily News)

Gurney was led to believe that this 'lions eye' would help heal her once washed her hands for seven seconds, and then held it by her heart for seven seconds and then sent the lions eye and cheque back to Popoff.
